July Public Test Conclusion

by Esia··edited

Aftermath

Thank you once again for coming out! It was fantastic to see how much everyone got involved with reporting bugs, and offering their feedback. We also got a ton of valuable data regarding economics, and we're excited to fine tune things as we keep pushing forward. That was genuinely the best weekend of testing this game has ever seen, and we're already moving quickly to get to our next one with new features for you to try!

What's next

Moving forward, as promised, we'll be continuing to do monthly rounds of testing. That means our next test is scheduled for September 3rd, 11 AM PDT, with a more detailed post to follow on what you can expect and look forward to. We're very excited for this upcoming test, as we're going to start introducing our custom mechanics that will separate PokéForce from other Pokémon games. Furthermore, we've had a lot of questions regarding progression, and we're happy to say that your progress between tests will save starting with our September Public Test, leading up to launch where everyone will start with a clean slate. Additionally, we're opening up our Beta Programme once again in the next few days, so stay tuned for that!

Closing Notes

Once again, the test was a massive success! It was one of the first tests where the servers proved to be very stable and caused no major issues overnight. A massive congratulations to the staff team for all of their hard work that has lead us here to today. And thank you, everyone, for all of your feedback, all of your bug reports, and your genuine excitement for this game. We'll be spending the next few days going over all of the feedback and taking a look at what we can do to improve your experience the next time we see all your faces. So, back to work for us here at PokéForce!
