1. Code of Conduct
All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Services ("Content") may be reviewed by Staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.
By using our Services, you agree to adhere to the following rules and guidelines.
1.1 General Rules
a. Treat everyone with kindness, respect, and consideration. Harassment, hostility, or behaviour that creates an unwelcoming atmosphere is not allowed.
b. Comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
1.2 User Generated Content/Chatting
a. You may not post, share, request, joke about, imply, allude to, instigate or facilitate the distribution of the following materials and topics, both in user-generated content (threads, posts, comments, DMs etc.) as well as user's profiles, including but not limited to usernames, bio/status messages and profile pictures:
i. Harassment, hateful language, or discrimination - including, but not limited to, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or ableism;
ii. Copyrighted materials, including ROMs or other intellectual property belonging to Nintendo or any other company;
iii. NSFW content (Nudity, partial nudity, real or illustrated suggestive/explicit sexual acts, violence, gore, harm/abuse toward humans or animals, drugs and drugs consumption, extreme or disturbing content, taboo subjects such as necrophilia or incest, promotion of terrorist or criminal organizations);
iv. Unwelcome or inappropriate advances, including flirting behaviour, toward any member of the community;
v. Sensitive or divisive topics such as politics, religion, or suicide;
vi. Potentially sensitive information about others, such as real name, home address, email address, and/or phone number (doxxing);
vii. Excessive venting;
viii. Excessive use of profanity;
ix. Spam or disruptive content such as copy-pasting, posting jumbled or irrelevant content, using upside-down or reversed text, or excessively sharing images, emojis, stickers, and links in a short amount of time;
x. Promotion of personal servers or products without prior permission from the Pokéforce Administrators;
xi. Methods of cheating, RMT and account selling of this or any other game;
xii. Slander towards this or any other Pokémon MMO game or community;
xiii. Staff impersonation, including the use of role names within usernames.
1.3 Scamming
a. You may not scam another member under any circumstances. The trades, services and other exchanges initiated on our Services must be completed as promised.
1.4 Real-Money Trading (RMT)
a. You may not Buy, sell, or trade Virtual Goods for real currency, cryptocurrency or other valuables.
1.5 System Security
a. Do not access, or attempt to access, the accounts of other users;
b. Do not exploit, or attempt to exploit, bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes; whether disclosed or not;
c. Do not penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of PokéForce's software, hardware, or any other device used in the management of operations of the overall system.
1.6 Third Party Software
a. You may not use cheats, automation software (including any scripts, macros or bots), hacks, or any other third-party software which may be detrimental to the experience of other users. This includes but is not limited to:
b. Any software which reads memory used by the game;
c. Any software which attempts to read or manipulate network traffic between the game and relevant servers.
1.7 Ban Evasion
a. You may not attempt to circumvent or bypass any account suspension, ban, or other disciplinary action imposed. This includes, but is not limited to:
i. Creating or using alternate accounts ("alts") to continue accessing the Services;
ii. Accessing the Services through another user’s account;
iii. Using VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means to disguise your identity;
iv. Recruiting third parties to act on your behalf while you are Banned.
We reserve the right to impose penalties or remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
