Hi, funhavers!
We cannot outdo everybody, we're meant to be collaborating with each other.
So for the first stage of your journey, try focus only one or two gathering and one or two making, skills.
Those who've played the previous version might have much sharper insight on this matter, and for that, let's welcome their thoughts!

it's just my observations, cheers!

I agree - in my opinion, it'd be best to focus on a primary goal, and then make connections with other workers - for example, if I were to go down the route of making furniture for housing - it would be best to make a connection with either log gatherers, or with a blacksmith if certain blacksmith materials are needed.

I won't lie; it's been a while, so I've forgotten all of the intended titles for each of the jobs/abilities - but what I am trying to get at is, it's better to excel at something you want to do, than be a jack of all trades with limitations.

I agree with everything said above + on the flip side if you were to take on more crafting/gathering jobs all I gotta say is have fun with inventory management simulator lol. I say this because I've been guilty for hoarding mats for other skills or maybe I think/know I'll need this down the road x'D.
